Here are your most frequently asked questions......answered! And if there's anything else we can help with, feel free to call us on 01646 652000.

Yes please - Credit Passes, Escape Rooms and Tree Tops Trail all need to be booked online in advance. We are often fully booked on weekends and in school holidays and cannot admit further guests when we are fully booked.

You'll find a Book Online link at the top right of every page on our website - or simply click here!

No, simply secure your visit day by booking your Credit Passes. You can then choose your credit-based activities on the day and queue for whichever you would like to take part in.

The exceptions are our Tree Tops TrailsEscape Rooms and paintballing - these are separate to our Credit Pass system and do need to be booked in advance.

The type of pass and number of credits you'll need depends on your group size and how many activities you'd like to take part in. However, here are some ideas to help you decide...

⭐ A couple looking to enjoy a small selection of sporting activities might look at two individual passes - perhaps 6 or 8 credits to begin with. If go karting is on the wish list (which uses more credits than most activities), they might choose 10 credits each.

⭐ A family of four with two active children and two adults joining in some activities might look at our 30 Credit Family/Group Pass.

⭐ A group of 8 might think about our 60 Credit Family/Group Pass, or even our 100 Credit Pass if they were looking to use the go karts.

And don't worry - if you change your mind you can upgrade to a larger pass on the day, or top up your pass for £2.50 per credit if you run out!

Here's our full list of activities, including how many credits you need for each activity.

Don't worry - if you run out of credits on the day, simply top up your pass at reception for £2.50 per credit!

If you have in-date credits remaining on your shared pass and would love to come another day, please book a 'Return Ticket' via our online booking system for your chosen visit day.

Please ensure you book in advance as we have a limited number of return tickets available each day.

We don't take bookings to play golf or adventure golf only and in low season it is usually fine to turn up and play.

On weekends and in school holidays we recommend coming either early or late in the day. You may also wish to ring ahead on 01646 652000 to check we have capacity in our visitor numbers.

There is no need to book our Driving Range as it operates on a first come, first served basis.

The good news is most activities stay open in wet weather - the only three normally affected are our Giant Jumping Pillows, Baseball and Inflatable Slide.

If it's very wet we sometimes have to put a temporary weight limit on our Dragon Slide for your safety.

Tree Tops Trail usually continues during wet weather but can be halted by high winds and lightning.

If it's a wet/windy day and you'd like confirmation of what's open, check out our Facebook page for updates or give us a call on 01646 652000.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible footwear that is flat and fully enclosed, to enable you to take part in all activities - trainers are ideal.

If you plan on taking part in any of our water activities, you may wish to bring spare clothes!

The following activities have special requirements for your safety:

Dragon Slide - No open-toed or slip-off shoes such as flip flops, any type of sandals, crocs or heels. We recommend long sleeves and trousers.

Tree Tops Trail -You should wear suitable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions that you do not mind getting damaged. Firmly attached and fully enclosed footwear (ideally with some ankle support) must be worn during participation - no open-toed or slip off shoes of any type are permitted, including crocs, heels or any sort of sandal.

Long hair must be tied back and, for comfort, your waist covered (with any piercing removed or taped over). Please also ensure any jewellery is removed.

Junior and Senior Go Karts - No open-toed or slip-off shoes such as flip flops, any type of sandals, crocs or heels.
