We're looking for an experienced and hardworking Tree Tops Trail Activity Supervisor for our thrilling high ropes course - for the 2025 season and potentially beyond!

This role involves:

• Meeting and greeting customers and assisting with queries,
• Setting up and maintenance of equipment to ensure all safety checks are carried out,
• Instructing high ropes sessions and zipwires,
• Patrolling the course to ensure all participants are safely conducting themselves while on course,
• Occasionally running other activities in the park.

The right person will:

• Be 18+ with a good head for heights,
• Have experience of instructing high ropes or climbing,
• Be sociable, friendly and comfortable talking to, leading and instructing large groups of customers of all ages and capabilities,
• Be hardworking and reliable.

This role is to cover weekends and school holidays throughout the 2025 season - and beyond! There's also the potential for mid-week work for the right candidate. Applicants must be good talking in front of large groups of customers of all ages.

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable person to join the Heatherton hospitality and catering team on a full time and permanent basis for the 2025 season and beyond. This is a varied role, where the candidate must have cooking abilities to assist our kitchen staff, as well as working as part of our wider catering team- including our busy coffee shop and restaurant.

The role would involve:

-Food preparation and cooking in our busy kitchen

-Taking and serving customer orders

-Delivering excellent customer service in our catering and hospitality outlets

-Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards/records

-Assisting with ordering stock and replenishing ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring proper storage and rotation

The right candidate would be:

Experienced in working in busy, customer-facing catering/hospitality environment

Confident with basic cooking and kitchen duties

A friendly, approachable manner and strong work ethic

A positive, team-player

This is a permanent and full-time position, covering 21-28 hours a week. Weekend and school holiday availability is essential.

Are you creative, confident, fun and friendly with excellent customer service? Then you could be our next Game Master here at Tenby's Great Escape, helping to run our three thrilling escape rooms - The Wizard's Lair, The Captain's Treasure Room and The Tenby Asylum!

You'll greet our escapees, explain how the games work, oversee games from a remote computer and give appropriate extra clues if required - it's not your average job! We're looking for someone with the following attributes:

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and practical person for the vital role of Warden/Handyperson at Florence Springs; our luxury lodge and glamping sites, operating 10+ glamping units and 30+ lodge units next door to Heatherton. 

This diverse role includes:

• Checking in guests
• Dealing with guest issues/requests
•  Maintenance and improvement of accommodation and grounds, including carpentry, plumbing, grass cutting and strimming.
• Hot tub Maintenance (filling, emptying, cleaning).
• External cleaning of accommodation (pressure washing etc)
• Taking care of our three alpacas 

Similar experience is preferred and we're looking for the following skills and attributes:

* a helpful and friendly 'people person', comfortable socialising with our guests
* someone with a hands-on approach to practical work, maintenance and grounds work
* a skilled worker with experience within a range of trades.

This is a seasonal role which has the potential to become permanent. This position is to start immediately. The successful applicant must be able to work both Mondays and Fridays as well as Saturdays during the peak summer holidays.

Working hours will be roughly 30 hours per week.
