We're looking for friendly, hardworking and reliable people to join our Activities Team for the 2024 season here at Heatherton - our award-winning 'open all year' attraction offering more than 20 exciting activities, accommodating families, groups and corporate events.

This role involves:

• Supervising our wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, from go-karts and bumper boats to pistol shooting and paintball!
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring our customers feel confident, safe and happy during their time with us.
• Providing a safe and clean environment for our customers by adhering to the correct working processes and health and safety guidelines.

The right person will be:

• A 'people person' with excellent customer service,
• Able to demonstrate high standards of communication, organisation and professionalism,
• Self motivated but also a team player.

The positions are seasonal covering weekends and school holidays, so weekend availability is essential for the position.

Candidates must be aged 16+.

• Kitchen – preparing snacks, hot meals and serving food to customers.
• Café & Coffee Shop – handling payments whilst preparing coffees and cakes to customers.
• Gift shop – serving and selling retail goods.
• Play area – overseeing birthday parties and general soft play sessions.

The right person will:

• Be a friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service,
• Be hardworking and reliable,
• Be self motivated but also a team player,
• Have some experience in hospitality, but this is not essential,
• Be aged 16+.

This role is to cover weekends and school holidays throughout the year. Previous similar experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
