We now operate a limit on daily visitor capacity, designed to improve customer experience by limiting queues. It is 100% essential to book online during the school holidays as the park is regularly at full capacity.

If you need help deciding what to buy you can contact us for advice, or see below for lots of helpful info including examples.

If you are visiting outside school holidays and struggling to purchase credits online, you can call us on 01646 652000 to check availability before arriving. Please do not arrive without checking, as you may well be disappointed when we are already full.

The type of pass and number of credits you'll need depends on your group size and how many activities you'd like to take part in. However, here are some ideas to help you decide...

⭐ A couple looking to enjoy a small selection of sporting activities might look at two individual passes - perhaps 6 or 8 credits to begin with. If go karting is on the wish list (which uses more credits than most activities), they might choose 10 credits each.

⭐ A family of four with two active children and two adults joining in some activities might look at our 30 Credit Family/Group Pass.

⭐ A group of 8 might think about our 60 Credit Family/Group Pass, or even our 100 Credit Pass if they were looking to use the go karts.

And don't worry - if you change your mind you can upgrade to a larger pass on the day, or top up your pass at reception if you run out!

Simply purchase your credit pass online in advance, choosing from the list of passes below. Each activity uses a certain number of credits (most use 1 or 2) and we mark off your credits as you go.

And that's it - easy!

And of course entry to the park is free so family and friends (and even the dog!) can watch all the fun for no additional cost.

Individual passes are valid on the day of purchase only and cannot be shared.

To have the option of changing your visit date if needed, please choose the Flexi-date protection add on at checkout. If this is added, changes can be made to your original booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival day. For activity credit passes, this would need to be done by 10am the day before.

Please note, without the addition of flexi-date protection at checkout, no changes can be made to bookings.

Here's our full list of activities and the number of credits needed for each one. You are also welcome to pay for activities individually, but our Credit Passes offer much better value. 

If you run out of credits on the day, simply top up your credit pass at reception!

If you have in-date credits remaining on your Group/Shared Credit Pass and would love to come another day, simply return on a day (or days) that suits you within six months of your pass redemption date!
