Are you friendly, reliable, and highly organised with excellent communication skills? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team in a job share role at Heatherton World of Activities. Although this role will primarily cover Heatherton, the successful candidate will also be expected to assist with administrative roles for our sister company, Florence Springs Luxury Lodges and Glamping, situated next door to the park.
This is a varied and rewarding role, with the opportunity for either part-time or full-time hours depending on the successful candidate(s), as the 7-day shift pattern will be shared between two team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers at reception and providing excellent customer service
- Selling tickets and processing bookings using our booking systems
- Handling customer enquiries via email and phone
- Managing and coordinating group bookings
- Providing administrative support across both Heatherton and Florence Springs
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Reliability and flexibility to work as part of a job share, which includes weekends and school holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and handling a busy inbox
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of working in a reception/administration based role is desired, but not essential, as full training will be given
