Are you creative, confident, fun and friendly with a great sense of humour and excellent customer service? Then you could be our next Game Master here at Tenby’s Great Escape!

This exciting role involves:
• Helping to run our three thrilling escape rooms – our magical Wizard's Lair, swashbuckling Captain's Treasure Room, and chilling Tenby Asylum
• Greeting our escapees and explaining how the games work
• Overseeing games from a remote computer and knowing when to give appropriate extra clues if required
• Setting up rooms between games
• Helping out on other Heatherton activities if needed

The right person will be:
• Confident speaking to groups of all ages
• A friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service
• Hardworking and reliable
• Creative and fun with a good sense of humour
• Aged 18+

Similar experience would be a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided.


We’re currently looking for seasonal staff, with shifts focused school holidays, and weekends.

There is also the potential for mid-week work for the right candidate.

We are looking fro a fun, friendly, hardworking, and reliable individual to join the Heatherton catering and retail team for the 2026 season. This role covers a range of responsibilities, and is primarily to cover the busy school holiday period. This role would suit someone looking for work during the school and University holidays. 

About the role:

  • As a Catering and Retail Assistant, you will work across our busy coffee shop, gift shop, and catering outlets, such as the Triangle Restaurant and BBQ.

This varied role includes a range of duties such as:

  • Coffee shop-Barista duties such as preparing and serving hot and cold beverages in our coffee shop.
  • Gift shop – serving and selling retail goods.
  • Play area – overseeing and general soft play sessions and occasionally assisting soft play birthday parties.
  • Restaurant-Taking customer orders and delivering meals to tables
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Handling payments and operating tills.
  • Keeping catering areas clean, safe, and well-stocked.
  • Working as part of an energetic and supportive team.

What we are looking for:

  • A friendly and approachable individual who has good communication skills. 
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and happy to work weekends and school holidays. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods
  • Basic food hygiene awareness (training can be provided)

  • Supervising our wide range of indoor and outdoor activities from jumping pillows, bumper boats and archery to baseball, pistol shooting and our driving school!
  • You will play a key role in delivering fun, safe, and memorable experiences for our visitors.
  • You will be responsible for supervising and operating a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, confident, and ready to have fun. 

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
  • Safely supervising activities and following all operating procedures.
  • Delivering clear safety briefings and instructions to guests.
  • Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues.
  • Assisting guests and answering questions around the park.

What we are looking for:

  • A friendly and approachable individual who has good communication skills. 
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.

Tree Tops Trail Instructor – Seasonal

We're looking for an experienced and hardworking Tree Tops Trail Activity Supervisor for our thrilling high ropes course - for the 2026 season and potentially beyond!

This role involves: 

  • Meeting and greeting customers and assisting with queries,
  • Setting up and maintenance of equipment to ensure all safety checks are carried out,
  • Instructing high ropes sessions and zipwires,
  • Patrolling the course to ensure all participants are safely conducting themselves while on course,
  • Occasionally running other activities in the park.

The right person will:

  • Be 18+ with a good head for heights,
  • Have experience of instructing high ropes or climbing,
  • Be sociable, friendly and comfortable talking to, leading and instructing large groups of customers of all ages and capabilities,
  • Be hardworking and reliable.

This role is to cover weekends and school holidays throughout the 2026 season - and beyond! There's also the potential for mid-week work for the right candidate.

This is an opportunity to our luxury glamping and lodge site operating 10+ glamping units and 30+ lodge units. Florence Springs is an award-winning family friendly site - sister company to Heatherton World of Activities, just 5 minutes outside of Tenby.

This varied role involves:

  • Hot Tub Maintenance, including:

-Draining, refilling and setting up hot tubs on changeover days.       

-Cleaning, testing and balancing water chemistry

-Identifying and troubleshooting issues

-Carrying out routine checks to keep tubs running safely and efficiently

  • Site grounds maintenance 
  • Organising and contributing to routine maintenance and on-site repairs, including basic plumbing and electrics
  • Taking care of the external cleaning of each accommodation unit, including our eco and electric hot tubs, toilets and shower block,
  • Being a friendly point of contact for guests throughout their stay at Florence Springs,
  • Helping look after our three gorgeous alpacas,

The right person will:

  • Be 18+ and have similar hands-on experience and be proficient with hand tools and various equipment,
  • Ideally have their own tools,
  • Be good at problem solving,
  • Slot into our fantastic existing team, whilst being confident and capable to act independently and with initiative whilst working on their own,
  • Be friendly, approachable and comfortable socialising with our guests - making them feel welcome upon arrival and leave with smiles on their faces!

This position offers roughly 25 hours each week spread across 3 shifts. Due to the nature of the industry, Monday and Friday availability are essential, as well as Saturdays during the peak summer holidays.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team in a busy, customer-facing role.

This position will be primarily based at Heatherton World of Activities, with additional administrative support provided to our sister business, Florence Springs Luxury Lodges & Glamping, located next door.

This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, professional front-of-house experience

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails efficiently and professionally

  • Managing bookings, amendments, and enquiries for activities and accommodation

  • Handling customer service queries both in person and online

  • Processing payments and using booking and till systems accurately

  • Supporting general administrative tasks across both businesses

  • Assisting with daily office organisation and record keeping

  • Liaising with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable using computers, email, and booking systems

  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
