We are looking for fun, friendly, hardworking and reliable people to join the Heatherton activities team - for weekends and school holidays starting from February 2025.
This role involves:
  • Supervising our wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, from go-karts and bumper boats to pistol shooting and paintball!
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring our customers feel confident, safe and happy during their time with us.
  • Providing a safe and clean environment for our customers by adhering to the correct working processes and health and safety guidelines.

The right person will be:

  • A 'people person' with excellent customer service,
  • Able to demonstrate high standards of communication, organisation and professionalism,
  • Self motivated but also a team player,
  • Happy to work weekends and school holidays.

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable person to join the Heatherton hospitality and catering team on a full time and permanent basis for the 2025 season and beyond. This is a varied role, where the candidate must have cooking abilities to assist our kitchen staff, as well as working as part of our wider catering team- including our busy coffee shop and restaurant.

The role would involve:

-Food preparation and cooking in our busy kitchen

-Taking and serving customer orders

-Delivering excellent customer service in our catering and hospitality outlets

-Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards/records

-Assisting with ordering stock and replenishing ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring proper storage and rotation

The right candidate would be:

Experienced in working in busy, customer-facing catering/hospitality environment

Confident with basic cooking and kitchen duties

A friendly, approachable manner and strong work ethic

A positive, team-player

This is a permanent and full-time position, covering 21-28 hours a week. Weekend and school holiday availability is essential.

Are you creative, confident, fun and friendly with excellent customer service? Then you could be our next Game Master here at Tenby's Great Escape, helping to run our three thrilling escape rooms - The Wizard's Lair, The Captain's Treasure Room and The Tenby Asylum!

You'll greet our escapees, explain how the games work, oversee games from a remote computer and give appropriate extra clues if required - it's not your average job! We're looking for someone with the following attributes:

-A big personality – You love engaging and meeting new people!
-Quick thinking – whether it's a subtle clue or a dramatic in-game twist, you’re ready.
-Customer-focused – You’ll be the mastermind behind an unforgettable experience!
-A sense of humour –  At Tenby's Great Escape, we love nothing more than putting a smile on our escapees faces- whether its before, during or after their room!

Candidates must be available to work on weekends and during school holidays, while also being willing to help out elsewhere in Heatherton (e.g. activities) if needed.
