Heatherton reopens on 6th July!

Welcome back!

We could not be more excited to welcome you all back to Heatherton from 6th July! It's been a long old lockdown and we've been waiting for this moment for a long time.

Naturally you'll notice a few changes around the park as we adapt to our 'new normal' to keep you as safe as possible. Here's a summary of the changes and some key dates for your diary, as some activity opening dates slightly differ.

Staying safe at Heatherton

• Firstly and very importantly, if you are showing any symptoms of covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed or showing symptoms, please do not visit the park.
• ALL tickets need to be purchased online and you'll need to select the specific date you wish to visit. This is because we'll have limited capacity each day to make your visit as safe as possible.
• Social distancing measures are in place and are clearly marked in all queuing areas.
• Hand sanitising points are positioned around the park, as well as at the queuing point for every activity.
• Certain activities have protective screens between bays for your safety.
• Contactless payment is preferred wherever possible.
• Food and drinks are available to 'grab and go'.
• Extra cleaning and sanitising will be carried out across all activities, food areas, seating areas and toilets.
• Walk on Water, Body Zorbs and our indoor soft play area will remain closed for the season.
• Escape Rooms won't be included in our initial reopening but we hope to open later this season if possible.

Key dates for your diary

• 4th July - Senior Tree Tops Trail reopens! Our senior high ropes course opens two days earlier than the rest of the park and you can book online here.
• 6th July - The main park reopens! Tickets are available to purchase online now - act fast to reserve your chosen date as capacity will be limited each day.
• 10th July - Paintball Zone reopens! Our Paintball Zone is opening slightly later on Friday 10^th July due to maintenance works.
