We're looking for a meticulous and hardworking person to join the team at Florence Springs Glamping & Luxury Lodges; sister company of Heatherton World of Activities, situated 5 minutes outside Tenby.

We operate 10+ glamping units and 30+ luxury lodges on our award winning, family-friendly site, and we're looking to appoint an Accommodation Cleaner/Checker to cover both areas.

This role involves:

• Carrying out all relevant checks to ensure the team have cleaned accommodation to the high standard our guests are accustomed to,
• Cleaning accommodation to the same high standards,
• Reporting to the Accommodation Team Supervisor using our in-house electronic system.

The right person will be:

• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail,
• Meticulous and thorough,
• Confident in using modern technology (although training on our in-house system will be provided),
• Reasonably fit and active and prepared to work on their feet.

This is a permanent role offering approximately 12 hours per week, spread across 2 shifts. Due to the nature of the industry, working days will primarily be Mondays and Fridays with shifts running from roughly 10am to 4pm.

Wage: £12 an hour

We're looking for friendly, hardworking and reliable people to join our Activities Team for the 2024 season here at Heatherton - our award-winning 'open all year' attraction offering more than 20 exciting activities, accommodating families, groups and corporate events.

This role involves:

• Supervising our wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, from go-karts and bumper boats to pistol shooting and paintball!
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring our customers feel confident, safe and happy during their time with us.
• Providing a safe and clean environment for our customers by adhering to the correct working processes and health and safety guidelines.

The right person will:

• Be a 'people person' with excellent customer service,
• Be able to demonstrate high standards of communication, organisation and professionalism,
• Be self motivated but also a team player.

The positions are seasonal covering weekends and school holidays, so weekend availability is essential for the position.

We are looking for individuals to join our team of high ropes instructors for our Tree Tops Trail at Heatherton World of Activities, for the 2024 season – 5 minutes from Tenby in beautiful Pembrokeshire.

This role involves:

• Meeting and greeting customers and assisting with queries,
• Setting up and maintenance of equipment to ensure all safety checks are carried out,
• Instructing high ropes sessions and zipwires,
• Patrolling the course to ensure all participants are safely conducting themselves while on course,
• Occasionally running other activities in the park.

The right person will:

• Be 16+ with a good head for heights,
• Ideally have experience of instructing high ropes or climbing, but full training can be provided,
• Be sociable, friendly and comfortable talking to, leading and instructing large groups of customers of all ages and capabilities,
• Be hardworking and reliable.

This role is to cover weekends and school holidays throughout the 2024 season - and beyond!
