School Booking Terms and Conditions

All school packages are based on a discounted rate. Full payment must be made on or before the excursion date, failure to pay within one month after the date of the visit will result in the removal of the discounted rate and a 10% increase will be added to the final cost.

• We allow 1 free pass for teachers or supervisors for every 10 paying children.
• On the day of the booking we will allow a 10% drop in pupil numbers, taking into consideration illness and absence.
• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Any changes to completed booking forms need to be confirmed in writing and authorised by either Andrew McDonald or Simon Hilling or Charles Davies

Prices are for term time only and are not valid during school hoildays or weekends.
