The Credit Pass System
Heatherton operates a credit pass system. Each activity holds a credit value as well as an individual price. The amount of activities that you or your group want to partake in will decide which passes best suit you. The passes provide the best value for money. Those not wishing to participate can spectate with no extra cost as we are a free admission attraction, providing a pay when you play facility.
Individual Credit Passes From Easter 2010 - Per Person
Price No. of Credits
£9.25 = 5 Credits Per Person
£12.00 = 7 Credits Per Person
£16.50 = 10 Credits Per Person
NOTE - individual passes can only be used by one participant and cannot be shared.
Family/Group Credit Pass From Easter 2010 - Can be Shared
Price No. of Credits ( Passes Valid for 3 months from date of purchase)
£42.00 = 25 Credits
£45.00 = 28 Credits
£78.00 = 50 Credits
£150 = 100 Credits
The Family/Group pass is the only pass that can be shared, the customer is not limited to the amount of people that use it, this therefore allows groups to the use the pass as well as families.
PLEASE NOTE - Paintball, Tree Tops Trail, Fishing or Walk on water are not part of the credit pass system.

Groups of 15 or more can receive 10% discount off all Activity Credit Passes, however they must pre-book and pay a deposit or the full cost.
Height and age restrictions can apply to some activities, so you are recommended to either check the restrictions of the activities within the website or call main reception.
Closing times do vary due to weather and seasonal differences, so please take note of signs and announcements.
The Sports Park is a dog-friendly attraction, as we at Heatherton appreciate the importance of pets in family life. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted in the main reception or restaurant facilities. Water is provided for dogs outside of main reception.
